Greetings, Heather — I teach at a dance magnet school in Virginia Beach and our 300 students are studying the lives of professional dancers as they prepare for their spring concert. We watched your interview, which was so fun. As part of their research, they have written questions that we are sending off to various dance professionals. Would you be willing to answer 5 or 6 questions for them?
I appreciate your time,

PS I grew up in the Chicago area, too, moved to NYC, and had the privilege to dance with the Erick Hawkins Dance Company for 11 years. Good times.
Hi Laura. Thanks for the comments and reaching out to Heather. We thought it might be useful for you to know that Heather is not affiliated with this website and won’t get your message to her. She only appeared in the video because we interviewed her. Your best bet to get in touch with her is probably via Facebook.
We’re glad you enjoyed her interview. She had so much good stuff to say. Good luck with your projects!
